The history of S&H Realty Management, LLP began in 1981 with the purchase of the 137,000 square foot Southtown Office Park in Bloomington, Minnesota. Since then the company has expanded its portfolio to include more than 3,100 apartment units in three states, as well as an 185,000 and 172,000 square foot office building in San Antonio, Texas. More than 8,000 people live and work at properties managed by S & H Realty. We employ in excess of one hundred individuals in seventeen locations throughout the United States.
